Axim 7100 Concealed Panic Bolt

The Axim 7100 is a concealed panic bolt for escape route doors certified to BS EN 1125. The concealed design hides the locking mechanism within the door stile — only the touch bar is visible on the door face — providing a clean, uncluttered appearance while meeting all panic exit compliance requirements. Single-point locking suitable for standard commercial aluminium and timber doors where a full crossbar or paddle device is not specified.

Axim 7100 vs PR7085 — Which Do I Need?

The PR7085 provides two-point locking (top and bottom rod engagement) and is the preferred specification for most single-leaf commercial doors on escape routes. The 7100 provides single-point locking and is used where two-point locking is not required or where the door construction does not allow concealed rods to be fitted — for example on glass doors or very narrow-stile aluminium doors.
